The Communications Committee analyzes the successes of association communications and opportunities for improvement. The committee works to implement an association re-branding measure, develop educational and advocacy talking points, and lead other external communications initiatives.
The Conference Committee was formed to lead a successful, engaging policy conference that serves as a recurring annual revenue source for the association and, most importantly, a voice for the association’s advocacy messages.

The Membership Committee works to implement a new membership dues structure via an effective recruitment strategy and new members outreach initiative. This committee makes recommendations to the board on improvements to our membership structure that will reflect the broader ecological restoration industry, capture more members, and accurately price the value that each member receives from the association.
Government Relations Committee
The Government Relations Committee coordinates with the Executive Director, the association’s lobbyists, and other members’ Washington resources to generate a stakeholder map of the new administration and new Congress. The committee also focuses on developing a messaging initiative to educate identified stakeholders on the infrastructure, private sector and job growth benefits of the ecological restoration industry.
Congressional Caucus Committee

The Congressional Caucus Committee works closely with the Executive Director, association’s lobbyists, and other members’ Washington resources to identify industry allies in Congress and establish the caucus mission and leadership.
